Villa
Estate is a 5-star luxury villa with 6 bedrooms situated amid the tranquil
rice fields of Seminyak and only ten minutes away from the hustle and bustle
of Bali’s endless array of shops, restaurants and bars.
The estate is made up of
six individual structures – the main house, two guest houses, a gymnasium,
two bales and the staff and security quarters.

Situated ten minutes from Seminyak and Legian, it boasts six bedrooms, a large swimming pool, diverse dining areas, and gym with multifunction exercise machine, ping-pong table, and a staff of thirteen to cater for your every need. main house is made up of two floors with a spacious wrap around balcony
on the second floor.
The ground floor features the following: A grand dining room that seats 16 people. A granite kitchen with state of the art amenities. A generous lounge room that
features surround sound satellite television and stereo complete with movies
and music cd’s. A library and games room – complete with books, games and
toys.
An air-conditioned queen-size
bedroom with it’s own en-suite, robe and television/stereo/DVD player.

Take a grand
staircase to the second floor of the main house and you will find:
¨ Two air-conditioned king-size bedrooms with walk-in robes, open double en-suites, television/stereo/DVD player and a private balcony that overlooks the grounds as well sweeping views of the surrounding rice fields. ¨ An air-conditioned Queen size bedroom with spacious robes and television/stereo. .

| The two King size guestrooms are nestled among the estates evergreen and feature their own decking and outdoor seating. A truly beautiful setting early morning as tropical butterflies are attracted to the sweet smelling flowers nearby. Both houses are fully air-conditioned and each have their own open air en-suite, walk in robe and television/stereo/DVD player. | ||
The second bale is situated by the river and captures the tranquil ambience of the rivers running water and luscious green fauna. It features an antique dining table for eight people and a spacious decking with retreat lounges. It is also fitted with an overhead fan and an intercom to the kitchen for prompt service. This bale is ideal for meals and entertaining. |
The two bales are a great
feature of Villa EstateOne sits high above the ground and features two
large day beds, with a low table in the middle making it a perfect place
for rest and relaxation and a snack in between. It also features
an overhead ceiling fan and can become a private oasis by drawing it’s
curtains. Perfect for an uninterrupted massage.
