The Main Building (about 15,000 square feet or 1,400 sq. meters) features on the ground floor very spacious open-air living areas, a billiard lounge, and a large dining area with a teak wood dining table for 16 guests. There are marble floors throughout, local hard wood pillars and beams, intricately carved wooden walls, and a high, cathedral-like thatched roof. The huge master suite has a custom-made teak wood bed of 2 x 2.4 meters and a large walk-in dressing wardrobe; three of the four spacious guest suites have two queen-size beds each.

		All bedrooms are air-conditioned, offer sweeping views of the grounds, and feature huge en-suite marble bathrooms with two sinks, family-size sunken bath tubs, and double-showers. All the rooms and living areas are tastefully decorated with fine-art and sculpture. Fully-equipped kitchen are located in separate buildings in a discrete distance from the main house.
	THE BEDROOM SUITES:The property has six spacious bedroom suites two with ground level ocean view and three on the second level with terraces and ocean views. Three suites are fitted with two queen-size beds. Two suites have custom made oversized beds measuring 6'6" x 7'10" with a hand-crafted teak base. THE BATHROOMS: All enriched by precious marble, hardwoods and the best fixtures have been incorporated into the gorgeus designs of the three bathrooms in the suites. They include garden views and huge marble bathtubs with twin shower sprays.
		THE SAUNA BATH:A unique sauna bath (located at the pool cabana) measuring 10' x 15' has three walls of special mirrored glass with a stunning view of both garden and sea still ensuring complete privacy. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICE A wide range of local and international cuisine is available at the villa. Menus are daily combined by the gourmet chef matching the tastes of the guests. In house dining service is included. Will be charged only the ingredients and drinks necessary to prepare the meals that the staff will buy at the nearest supermarket.
	The modern, fully equipped kitchen is separated from the main house and supervised by an Italian-trained Chef. The whole property is serviced by 24 well-trained full-time staff including an Italian manager, gourmet cooks, room maids, laundress, gardeners, 24-hour guards, etc. Many of the key staff live in separate staff quarters on the property. Fresh vegetables are naturally grown without pesticides in the estate's own vegetable and herb garden.
