This exceptional  4000 m2 estate villa is located on a quiet backroad of Seminyak, only a 5 minute walk to the sunset beach and a 5 minute drive to shops and restaurants. The downstairs master bedroom on the far right side of the house faces the garden and a large indoor/outdoor bathroom is adjacent. 

Upstairs there is a sliding carved door entering the large TV/Study room, which has two bedrooms with bathrooms on either side. 

The far bedroom has a queen size bed and balcony overlooking the rice fields, and the ensuite bathroom has a comfortable balcony also. 

The bedroom near the stairs is next to another bathroom and has two full size beds and balcony with the rice field view.

The interior is tastefully designed in the new Bali style with spaciousness and grass roof. 
All rooms are  spacious and exquisitely furnished, perfect for families or friends looking for the perfect hiding retreat but still close to best Seminyak/Oberoi attractions and just few hundreds mt. from  sunset beach.
