Villa  OmbHak is and exclusive  beach front private villa located in the Seminyak/Oberoi  area.
 

This outstanding villa is set right on the long sandy beach (well-known amongst surfers) a few miles north of Legian and features from all rooms breath-taking views of the sea and Bali's famous sunsets. 

 
 It's located far enough away from the tourist crowds of Kuta yet close enough to offer easy access to many good shops and restaurants in Seminyak and Legian. 

The facilities offered at Villa  Ombhak are of the highest standard and this is reflected in the fact that discerning guests from around the world consider Villa Atas Ombak to be the first choice in private international luxury accommodation.

 
The villa, which sits atop 5,000 m2 of cultivated gardens, consists of three separate buildings, the main building, the guest cottage & the pavilion (open-plan living area that overlooks the pool and ocean).The property  was designed to maximize use of the outdoors, as well as providing guests with quality living, dining & sleeping areas. All living and dining areas are fan cooled. The villa can only be accessed by private road.

 
In the centre of the main building is the large entrance hall and dining area. Right in front is a huge pavilion furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and over-looking the swimming pool and sea. The kitchen is located in an adjacent building and connected to the dining area by a covered bridge. It is equipped with a professional stove, grill, large refrigerator/freezer, ice cream machine, etc. 

 
The main building houses a large open fronted living and dining area decorated with sophistication, simplicity and style. The kitchen, in an adjacent building is joined to the dining area by a narrow bridge over a beautiful lotus pond. Worthy of restaurant status, the kitchen is equipped with commercial stove, refrigerator and ice cream machine. 

 
White terrazzo floors lead into the adjoining sitting room and master bedroom (air-conditioned and ceiling fan) which is dominated by a large erotic canvass bed head and immaculate white covered bed, the master suite also contains a large sunken bath, dressing area, plunge pool and open air bathroom. 
 


 

Constructed in traditional Balinese style with intricate thatched roof and supported by four massive pillars, the bale provides an informal area in which to relax with a cocktail and enjoy the exceptional colours that wash over the sky as the sun sets into the horizon of the sea.
 
 
 

A separate guest house is situated closer to the beach & features two bedrooms (Air-conditioned and ceiling fans), a small living area and open air bathroom.

Directly in front of the main building and overlooking the private beach and shimmering blue pool is a 100 square meter pavilion, which is open on all sides. 

 
Amenities and Services

There is a telephone and fax, a TV with a VCR, a stereo system with CD player, and parking for up to five cars. The house staff of 25 take care of all routine work including laundry. The well-trained cooks can prepare Western and Asian cuisine, cakes, home-made ice creams etc, and there are several maids, gardeners and night security guards. 

The free use of an air-conditioned car with driver during your whole stay is included in our rates
