Villa Bali Bali  nestles amongst the verdant and unspoiled padifields of Krobokan  Banjar Semer and yet only 20 minutes from the airport. The villa  is widely featured in Tropical  Asian Style  home décor book.

Finished in traditional Balinese materials of teak this newly built holiday home   has three fully air-conditioned bedrooms , an open style living room with a wonderful view and a private swimming pool.. 

 
The  stark geometry of the roof fines the principal lines of the internal spaces. 
 


 
 

To accentuate this continuity of space, the upper balconied level  is equipped with Hi-Fi and TV Color and overlooks the entertainment area below. 
 

This one storey  holiday villa  fuses elements of Western architectural culture with the splendid building traditions of Bali.
 
 
 


 

 There is an abundant use of natural materials in the finishes : "bengkerai" wood on the floor, "paras" cladding on the walls, woven matting on the roof and wood shingles from Borneo on the roof's exterior,are vernacular touches.
The large  open sitting area has   a dining  part behind . It is illuminated by artificial lighting, which utilizes the roof as a reflecting surface, and casts a soft, mellow  hue around the interior

A fantastic entertainment area that is totally open to the surroundings garden completes the house design.

Three  AC bedrooms and two bathrooms ,  all  are located at the ground floor 

 

 
The swimming pool overlooks the  rice paddies and is connencted to the main house by a  walkway. Near the swimming pool the  traditional " Bale",  it  offers amazing views over the garden and swimming pool and the rice-terraced valley beyond
 
 


 
 

The villa is located in  Banjar Semer/Kerobokan only few minutes from all best Seminiak's amenities and the beach where is located the Oberoi resort and the famous beach front restaurant "La Lucciola".
